Method 1: Making handmade milk froth with a milk froth pot

1. Pour milk into the milk froth pot, the amount should not exceed 1/2 of the milk froth pot, otherwise the milk will overflow due to expansion when making milk froth.

2. Heat the milk to about 60 degrees, but not more than 70 degrees, otherwise the protein structure in the milk will be destroyed. Note! The lid and filter cannot be heated directly. (If making ice milk froth, cool the milk to below 5 degrees Celsius. Of course, don’t over-ice and let the milk freeze.

3. Put the lid and the filter on the lid and quickly pull the filter to press the air into the milk. You don't need to press it to the end when you twitch, because you want to drive the air into the milk, so just move on the surface of the milk. ; It doesn’t need to be too many times, just gently twitch about 30 times.

4. Remove the lid and strainer, use a spoon to scrape off the thick milk foam on the surface, leaving behind the dense hot (ice) milk foam.

Method 2: Using steam milk froth machine to froth milk

Do not extend the steam tube into the milk first, because there may be some condensed water in the steam tube, so let out some of the steam in the front section first, and drain the excess water by the way.

Insert the thermometer into the container, then insert the steam tube obliquely into the milk, and turn on the steam switch.

Slowly adjust the position of the steam nozzle to a little bit away from the surface of the milk, but never higher than the liquid level, otherwise the milk will splash everywhere. When the position is correct, you will hear a steady "hiss" sound, otherwise it will be loud or almost no sound.

When the milk froth is sufficient, you can bury the steam tube a little deeper and let the steam continue to warm the milk. The angle at which the steam pipe is buried is preferably just enough to make the milk rotate.

When the diffuse degree reaches between 60 degrees and 70 degrees, the steam switch can be turned off.

Use a damp cloth to wipe clean the milk attached to the steam tube, and at the same time let out another steam, so as not to make it difficult to clean up the milk after it dries.
